The Salon is absolutely beautiful! They offer foot care as well. I know the owner and she is awesome!! Go have her take care of you. You will be glad you did!!!
My first issue is that the lady who was cutting my hair was 30 minutes late. I have never had a hair stylist be late, it was very unprofessional. She was still with her client that was there before me. There were several ladies walking around and no one said anything to me during this time, which I brushed off, until the lady after me was also waiting for about half an hour because my hair tech was backed up. I saw 2 of the women who were walking around stop to ask her why she had been waiting so long and then one of them passive aggressively kept passing the room I was in to put pressure on my hair stylist to finish up. My hair cut was fine when I left the salon yesterday so I wasn’t going to complain. Then today, I straightened my hair and I see all the mistakes that styling had hidden. I asked for a blunt bob that was longer than my chin and some texture. What I got was a bob that is most definitely chin length and the texture looks terrible. With a short haircut you would think she would have blended the bottom, but she did not. You can see how jagged her cuts were and my underneath layers are longer than the top ones, it looks terrible. So now I have to go get my hair cut even shorter, when it was already cut too short, to fix the botched layers. I understand hair will grow back, but the whole experience was very upsetting and then to hate the haircut on top ensured I would not return here. Would not recommend.
I have had absolutely FABULOUS experiences with Abby. She’s a true delight and a true master of her craft. She will go the extra mile to make sure you are happy and taken care of. I truly appreciate her knowledge and outstanding customer service. Thanks Abby!
Abby Lefler is my favorite stylist! My hair is tricky when coloring but Abby knew exactly what to do. My cut looked fantastic as well. She was such a sweetheart and I enjoyed every minute in her chair! Thanks Abby!
