They put a roof on our home shingles were high nailed, ridge vent incorrect, flashing around chimney bad, plus other issues had 2 different contractors look at our roof to verify all this both agreed. Took our money and ran. Had to put a complete new roof on. Beware!
2005 we did a major exterior home make over which included garage and covered porch addition. Also new roof, siding and doors to existing house. Superb contractor. Eric Malena helped me with design and selecting materials and throughout the entire project. Over years since I still call on PM Construction for additional smaller projects, now also including painting. Great to work with Eric and will continue to us them for many years to come. No project to big or small.
