Do not waste your money moving here. The office is very unorganized they always have different employees and that don’t know anything about the property, tenants, rules and regulations. They do not explain the rules when you first move in since they do not know them either. If you have 2 cars they will tow your car even if you live there and have a Brahman House parking permit on your car.
Just got off the phone with Ernest who I somehow got connected to by accident over a rude associate at another property of theirs. Ernest handled the call exceptionally. He heard me out entirely, remained professional and explained the situation and next steps with such awesome phone etiquette. Awesome customer service. Residents won't always like the answers but what a world of a difference when the messaging is delivered professionally. Thanks for the help, Ernest. You've been great!
Best plan on getting screwed outta your deposit. This is just another one of these overpriced, junky, old, apartments extorting middle class San Jose. But.. if ya like being talked down to, living in something that smells like an old shoe, paying 2600 for something that should really costs 500, and rarely finding a parking spot.. hey, buddy.. this place is for you!
Been living here for almost 18 years, Can't stand this awful place any longer. The management is mediocre when it comes to take care of tenants needs. beware that your car will be towed and damaged in this complex. My car was towed out of my PAID lot with a permit still attached, as of result my car was flooded with water and had a bumper damage. The office took 0 responsibility for doing so.
First off, I would like to start off my formal and honest review straightforwardly. Upon moving in, we found COCKROACHES and SILVERFISH in the kitchen and living rooms, amoung the windows of the bedrooms. The bathrooms have HORRIBLE VENTILATION, with the layous having the bathroom at the middle of the residence. THE FANS IN THE BATHROOM DOESNT WORK. Now where do I begin with the management, if you’re LUCKY, youll get an accomodating staff member, but by almost all of my encounters, it has been anything but welcoming or positive. They have LOST RENT CHECKS and have HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They have constant construction going on, with changing electrical companies and TURNING OFF THE WATER at inconvenient times. I have heard of several stories of SMOKE SMELLS numerous occasions. Please, whatever you do, DONT STAY FOR LONG. They RAISE RENT CONSTANTLY!!! Farewell.
